William F. Fleming

William J. Fleming has maintained a professional design career for over thirty years.  Bill’s education includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural Center and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His diverse experience has led him to work on many different project types including private estates, high-end condominiums, office parks, affordable housing, parks, children’s playgrounds, regional resort rehabilitations, specialty lighting and healthcare facilities. Under his leadership, the firm has received several awards for high-end residential design and innovative landscape design approaches to environmental constraints / issues. As the Principal and owner, Bill continues to ensure the firm’s commitment to its clients, project goals and providing sensitivity to environmental, historical and social economic issues.

 

William F. Fleming, since 2003, Bill has assisted on a wide variety of projects within the firm, including design development on high-end residential; custom light fixture design studies; landscape permit plans for large-scale commercial/retail projects; and preparation of presentation graphics for public hearings. Bill brings a growing knowledge of current computer program technology plus numerous years of practical construction experience with residential and historic properties to the firm’s growing project list. Bill is a graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture GO RAMS!

 

 

Christopher P. Saras joined WFA in September of 2016.  Since joining, he has worked on a variety of tasks, including developing landscape plans, renderings and 3-D modeling. Chris graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and has a Graduate Certificate in Business from Salem State University.  Over the years, he has worked for different high-end landscape companies gaining hands-on experience in the field. Prior to WFA, he worked as a Landscape Designer for a South Shore landscape company focusing on residential design.
